We produce under the "Made to order" system in order to reduce unnecessary overproduction and sacrifice the result of each of our garments, for this reason our delivery times are 5 to 10 Colombian business days in their respective packaging and properly sealed. . for the safety of your product and its proper reception in perfect conditions.
Shipping is included in the value of the product.
You will have the right to request a return or exchange of the product after a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the package and under the following conditions:
- The garment must be returned with the original label and in the same condition in which it was received.
- It should not have makeup stains, dirt or any scent.
The exchange or return can only be made for the following reasons:
- If the product arrives in poor condition with loose seams, stains, negative aromas, holes, tears or does not meet quality requirements.
- If the size or color of the garment does not correspond to that requested by the customer at the time of purchase.
- If the part is received outside the delivery times stipulated in our policies and there has been no prior notification of delay accepted by the customer.
- If the product received is wrong or does not correspond to the reference images.
